Thanks for purchasing our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you have to return the product within 10 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Digital items, downloads and books purchases are non-refundable or exchangeable. All digital items, downloads and books (printed or audio) purchases are final.

Once we receive your item, will notify you by email of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. Exchanges will be shipped based on availability. 

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 10 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Thrive With Denise! Thrive Enterprises ships all of our orders via UPS. You will receive an email update at the email provided during your order with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 72 hours. Standard shipping typically takes between [3-8 business days], for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via [insert your carrier of choice here]. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
